INTRODUCTION :
NDA Securities Ltd is the flagship company of NDA Group.
It was established in the year 1992 by Mr. N.D. Agarwal and
Mr. Sanjay Agarwal with an object to provide Stock Broking
services. We are a leading Stock Broking Company from
Northern India.
We became member of National Stock Exchange as soon as it
came into existence in the year 1994, and held Category-1
Merchant Banking license till 1998. We had the privilege to
handle as many as 60 Public Issues as Managers/Advisors to
Issue.
In the year 1994, we came out with a public issue, which was a
grand success. We are among the first broking houses of
Northern India to go public. Our share is presently listed at Bombay Stock Exchange.
MANAGEMENT
Mr. N.D. Agarwal
Founder
Mr. N.D. Agarwal is the founder and the force behind the Group. He, qualified as B.A., L.L.B., CAIIB, has more than 25 years experience in the stock broking business. He obtained membership of Delhi Stock Exchange in April 1990 and started the business under the name of N.D. Agarwal & Co. Within a short span of 4 years he transformed this firm into a prominent professionally managed stockbroking corporate outfit. It was one of the few members of Delhi Stock Exchange empaneled with all the leading domestic Financial Institutions. It enjoyed high degree of credibility among its clients due to integrity, professional approach and high quality of services. He resigned from the Board of Directors as on April 1, 2009.
Mr. Sanjay Agarwal
Managing Director
An MBA from Case Western Reserve University, USA, Mr. Sanjay Agarwal is the
co-founder of the Group. He was instrumental in diversifying Group's activities into
st Primary Market. Under his dynamic leadership, we were ranked 1 in Northern India
1 th and 9 th on all India basis among all the stockbrokers in 1994-95 in terms of
procurement in all the Public Issues, which entered the capital market during that
period, as per Prime report. He also established Merchant Banking Division
(Category 1) with a view to provide investment banking services to several up
coming and expanding corporate entities. In a short span, we successfully managed
60 Public Issues as Managers/Advisors to Issues.
Due to his consistent efforts and foresightedness, we acquired the membership of
National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges, NCDEX and MCX under
NDA Commodity Brokers Pvt. Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of flagship
NDA Securities Ltd.) thereby entering into emerging, sun rise business of
commodity and derivatives broking.
Mrs. Deepti Agarwal
Whole time Director
An inspiring leader, with a great vision and never-say-die spirit,
Mrs. Deepti Agarwal is responsible for the Business Development and Institutional
Broking in the Group. As a result, we have been rapidly expanding our branch
network and adding new Institutional Clients.
Mr. U.S. Gupta
Independent Director
Mr. U.S. Gupta is a practicing Chartered Accountant. He also has more than 13 years
experience in the activities related to stock market.
Mr. Lalit Gupta
Independent Director
An Investment Consultant and Mutual Fund Advisor by profession, qualified as
B.Com (Hons.), CAIIB (I), Mr. Lalit Gupta has more than 20 years experience in the
distribution of financial products viz. IPO, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Deposits etc.
He is associated with the stock market for more than 20 years.
